In 2022, Indigo Invest has an investment volume of approx. 41 thousand euros. m² plot of land in an industrial area in the Sennestadt district of Bielefeld for the development of a business and logistics park. The location is characterized on the one hand by its convenient location in the immediate vicinity of the A2 freeway exit towards Dortmund and Hanover and the A33 freeway towards Osnabrück and Paderborn. The property is also easy to reach by public transport thanks to its urban location.

Around 22,000 m² of built-to-suit storage and commercial space is to be created on the site.
