Indigo Invest invests commercially in real estate. Above all, we regard lasting rentability and locations suited to the respective usage purpose as essential in what we do. We buy real estate with upside potential, repositioning the properties on a lasting basis through structural measures/renovations and active management. We focus on everything from properties with vacancies, short remaining lease terms, maintenance backlogs and in need of renovation right through to complete project developments.
