Indigo Invest invests in residential developments and housing stock with renovation and redensification potential in Germany and internationally. Indigo Invest is also invested in commercial development and value-add properties with selected international investors. Its current portfolio comprises existing housing in Germany, Spain and the USA and is further developed with local partners. The current focus here is office and residential buildings in 1A locations within major European cities where sustainable approaches are being applied to extensive modernisations of existing housing stock.
