In 2015 Indigo Invest acquired a plot of land in a central local in Stuttgart’s Fasanenhof district within direct proximity of Stuttgart airport. Fasanenhof is known for its well-developed infrastructure and public transport links. The U6 line S-Bahn stops just a few metres away from the building and takes passengers directly to Stuttgart central station in 15 minutes – no changes necessary. The office location is set to undergo another permanent upgrade with the expansion of the U6 U-Bahn to the airport (S-Bahn connection) and the planned new ICE station (Filderbahnhof) at the airport. Local amenities, restaurants and conservation areas are present in the immediate vicinity.
The land will be used to build a modern campus with ample green space and a welcoming atmosphere, consisting of two office buildings comprising a total of 18,000 m² as well as a multi-storey car park and an underground car park with more than 300 parking spaces in total. The fully-leased first construction section comprising a rental space of roughly 10,000 m² was completed in April 2019. The construction works for the second construction section comprising a rental space of 8,000 m² started in July 2020, with completion planned for the start of 2022.

The ‘Nord’ office building will undergo certification with a view to obtaining a DGNB Gold certificate too, and a WiredScore Platinum certificate.
