In 2015 Indigo Invest acquired a plot of land in a central local in Stuttgart’s Fasanenhof district within direct proximity of Stuttgart airport. Fasanenhof is characterized by a very good infrastructure and public transport connections. The U6 light rail line stops just a few meters from the campus and travels directly to Stuttgart Central Station in 15 minutes without changing trains. The office location has been further enhanced by the extension of the U6 subway line to the airport (with S-Bahn connection) and the planned new ICE train station (Filderbahnhof) at the airport. Local amenities, restaurants and nature reserves are in the immediate vicinity.

A modern campus with spacious green areas and a high quality of stay has been created on the site. It consists of two prestigious office buildings with a total of 18,000 m² of rental space as well as a parking garage and an underground garage with over 300 parking spaces. The first construction phase with around 10,000 m² of rental space was completed in April 2019 and is fully let. The second construction phase with a further 8,000 m² of rental space was successfully completed in 2022. The entire campus is now fully realized, fully let and in operation.

The new buildings were constructed in accordance with the latest technology and high sustainability standards. The “South” office building was awarded the DGNB Gold certificate. The “North” office building was also awarded a DGNB certificate in gold and a WiredScore certificate in platinum.

The campus offers its tenants a modern, forward-looking working environment with functional, aesthetic architecture, high-quality materials and intelligent building features. The equipment highlights include floor-to-ceiling triple-glazed windows, ceiling heights of around 3 meters and energy floors with integrated cooling and heating functions. Space-efficient floor plans and energy-efficient construction enable economical use with low ancillary costs per workplace.
