The Wiesbaden property with an overall rental space of approx. 9,000 m² is located in a central inner city location at Bahnhofstraße 27-33. It is walking distance from the central station and Marktkirche and has good links to local public transport. The functional property was built in the 80s. After purchase, the property underwent extensive renovation, which included an architectural and insulation upgrade to the facade as well as significant investment in the structure, building technology and rental spaces of the property.
The six-storey existing building was acquired by Indigo Invest in August 2014. Following completion of the renovation works, the property was sold to TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in December 2016.
