Greenpark Berlin

Indigo Invest is realizing the “Greenpark” residential project in a joint venture on the former site of the “Blub” water park. In Berlin-Neukölln, around 39,000 square meters with a total of 15 residential buildings and 860 apartments will be built by 2026.

In addition to living space, “Greenpark” is creating diverse living spaces with a daycare center, a children’s playground and sports facilities. The quarter offers over 1,400 square meters of communal areas, including fitness and yoga areas, sports courts for table tennis, padel, basketball and private event spaces.

The location on the Teltow Canal provides a park-like setting for high-quality living space with good connections to the city center, schools, doctors and the popular Tempelhofer Feld.

Indigo Invest is developing the project as part of a joint venture with Bauwens. As the general contractor, Goldbeck is responsible for the construction of the residential buildings using a systematized construction method. Buildings 1-14 with 758 privately financed apartments were successfully sold to Greystar Real Estate Partners in a forward sale, while building 15, including 102 subsidized apartments and a daycare centre, was sold to Berlinovo.
