Admiralitätstraße Hamburg

Together with its joint venture partner Quest Investment Partners, Indigo Invest is developing Admiralitätsstrasse 67, a striking office building in one of Hamburg’s most attractive inner-city locations. The property is located on Fleetinsel in Hamburg’s Neustadt district, between Alsterfleet and Bleichenfleet, in the immediate vicinity of the city center and the Elbphilharmonie concert hall.

The existing building from the 1960s comprises around 7,800 m² of rental space and offers additional potential for redensification. As part of a comprehensive revitalization, the property is being architecturally and technically realigned. The plans include high-quality, flexible office space with generous daylight, modern common areas, terraces and an in-house underground parking garage. The focus is on preserving key load-bearing structures to reduce the carbon footprint, renovating the building envelope to make it more energy-efficient and completely modernizing the building technology.

Completion is scheduled for the end of 2027.
