The office building, formerly built by Telekom and used as an administration building, comprises c.11,800 m² of gross rental area and a separate multi-storey car park. Both buildings are connected via an underground link. The high-rise building with eighteen rising storeys is visible from afar within the heart of the city. It has been completely gutted and is currently undergoing a high-quality refurbishment.
After almost 50 years, the H1 will shine soon in new splendour and offers its new tenants a unique rental space along with perfect facilities. Intensive revitalised, visually raised to a new level and ideally equipped – no wish remains unfulfilled. DGNB Gold certification is sought.
With a height of 76 metres, the H1 is currently the highest building in the city and offers a fascinating view over the city and the Teutoburg Forest.
The H1 is located in the centre of Bielefeld. The main railway station, underground, bus stops and Bielefeld’s old and new town are all within easy walking distance.
