Indigo Invest has built a DGNB Platinum-certified OBI DIY store with approx. 18,800 m² of rental space on the centrally located site in the north of Cologne.

The property with a total area of 58,000 m², which is located not far from the Cologne North highway junction directly on the A57, has been part of Indigo Invest’s portfolio since the beginning of 2011. Indigo Invest has built a DGNB Platinum-certified OBI DIY store with approx. 18,800 m² of rental space there. Another part of this centrally located property in the north of Cologne is a former Praktiker store. In 2019, Motorrad Louis opened a GIGAStore on the first floor of the renovated building, covering around 2,150 m² of rental space.
