In 2022, Indigo Invest acquired a 16,400 m² plot of land with excellent visibility on the capital city – BER Airport (A113) traffic axis. With the Schönefeld S-Bahn station and the Schönefeld Süd exit within walking distance, the property has excellent connections to the surrounding area and offers development potential for over 30,000 m² gross floor area of office and commercial space as well as 500 parking spaces.
In the coming years, a particularly green and sustainable campus will gradually be built on this site: SXF ONE.
The first construction phase consists of an 11,500 m² (gross floor area) office building plus 156 outdoor parking spaces and was designed as a multi-tenant property.
