BÖ69 Düsseldorf

BÖ69 was built in 2013 as a classic office building for the former single tenant “Telekom” by the company GOLDBECK. The building, which has around 17,500 m² of rental space, is now being developed into a modern and sustainable multi-tenant building. The DGNB GOLD and Wired Score Platinum certification confirm the high quality of the building and space in terms of sustainability and digital infrastructure. At the back of the five-storey building is a multi-storey parking lot, also built by the construction company GOLDBECK, which has barrier-free access via an elevator and offers space for around 470 parking spaces (partly electrified).

The office building is located in the Düsseldorf-Heerdt district and has excellent public and private transport connections. The exposed location on Böhlerstraße gives the property a special visibility.
