BÖ69 was built in 2013 as a classic office building for the then single tenant “Telekom”. To the rear of the five-storey building is a multi-storey parking lot, also built by the construction company Goldbeck, which has barrier-free access via an elevator and offers space for 470 parking spaces. With around 17,400 m² of rental space, the building offers numerous opportunities for future uses. This is supplemented by approx. 220 m² of space with a partial basement for server and storage use.

The business plan of future uses allows thinking in different directions away from the original single-tenant use. The classic multi-tenant office solution is not only obvious, but has already been technically implemented with separate rental areas. In addition, the location of the property with a very present residential use in the neighborhood also allows for solutions in other areas such as fitness studios, local supply or even residential use.
