H1 Bielefeld
The office building, originally built by Telekom and used as an administrative building, comprises a rental space of roughly 11,800 m² as well as a separate multi-storey car park on the east side of the building. Both buildings are linked to one another via an underground walkway. Visible for miles around, the high-rise in the heart of the city has 18 above-ground floors. It has already been completely gutted and is currently undergoing a high-end refurbishment.
After almost 50 years, the H1 will soon be dazzling with renewed splendour and offering its new tenants unique rental spaces equipped to an ideal standard. Thoroughly revitalised, visually upgraded and optimally furnished, it leaves nothing to be desired. It is hoped that the building will achieve DGNB Gold certification.
At 76 metres high, the H1 is currently the largest building in the city and offers a fascinating view of the city and Teutoburg Forest.
The H1 is located right in the heart of Bielefeld. The Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn, bus stops and Bielefeld’s old and new towns alike are a short distance on foot.
