De focus ligt op het verder ontwikkelen van de eigendommen volgens ESG-normen en het verhogen van het wooncomfort voor de bewoners. De voorraden moeten geleidelijk worden opgewaardeerd tot energieklasse A of B en de CO2-uitstoot moet aanzienlijk worden verminderd. Daarnaast zal DeWAG in de toekomst ook zijn projectontwikkelingsactiviteiten in de seriematige woningbouw uitbouwen.<\/p>\n<p>Door een belang in DeWAG te nemen, verdiept Indigo Invest zijn gezamenlijke betrokkenheid bij de Duitse residenti\u00eble vastgoedmarkt.
