The location is characterized on the one hand by its convenient location in the immediate vicinity of the A2 freeway exit towards Dortmund and Hanover and the A33 freeway towards Osnabr\u00fcck and Paderborn. The property is also easy to reach by public transport thanks to its urban location.<\/p>\n<p>Around 22,000 m\u00b2 of built-to-suit storage and commercial space is to be created on the site. The building project is planned according to the latest standards and meets all the technical requirements that are important for modern commercial use. Sufficient hall height and a high floor load-bearing capacity have already been taken into account in the planning. A large number of genuine sustainability measures are also to be implemented, such as environmentally friendly heat generation through the use of air heat pumps. The DGNB Gold certification that is being sought underlines the sustainable orientation of the property.<\/p>\n<p>The SenneHub is aimed at users from the production, logistics and commercial sectors. Planning permission has already been granted.
