The focus is on further developing the properties in line with ESG standards and increasing living comfort for residents. The stocks are to be gradually upgraded to energy classes A or B and CO2 emissions significantly reduced. In addition, DeWAG will also build up its project development business in serial residential construction in the future.<\/p>\n<p>By acquiring a stake in DeWAG, Indigo Invest is deepening its joint commitment to the German residential real estate market.
